Description
Certified Group is hiring a Microbiology Technician to prepare samples for indicator organisms, pathogens, and chemistries; apply aseptic techniques; maintain media, reagents, and laboratory conditions; perform quality-control monitoring; and independently complete microbiological testing procedures for food products, ingredients, and environmental samples. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, broad knowledge of food-testing laboratory practices, and preferably an associate degree in life science or two years of laboratory experience, with travel also preferred.
