Description
The Microassembly Technician performs independent work in the Microassembly production team, including chip bonding, wire bonding, visual and electrical inspection, incoming goods inspection, assembly repair, and work in cleanrooms and microscope stations. The role requires completed vocational training in a related precision field, practical experience in highly precise manufacturing, good eyesight, careful independent work habits, willingness to work two shifts, and very good German language skills.
