FITS is seeking a Microbiological Cleaning Validation Specialist to support the development, execution, review, and closure of cleaning validation and verification activities in pharmaceutical, medical-device, biotechnology, biologics, or combination-product manufacturing. The role covers microbiological risk assessment, sampling plans, recovery and hold-time studies, environmental monitoring, cleaning-agent evaluation, contamination-control strategies, remediation and audit support, and documentation of protocols, reports, procedures, and scientific assessments. The specialist must have a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of experience in microbiology or related quality functions, and bilingual English-Spanish ability; the schedule is administrative and based on business needs.
