Pharmathen is hiring a Microbiological Lab Analyst to work at its Pallini premises. The role performs microbiological testing on in-process products, raw materials, finished products, and environmental monitoring samples; conducts sterility testing; documents laboratory results; investigates out-of-specification outcomes; and supports audits. Candidates need a BSc degree in Microbiology or a relevant field and 0–2 years of similar experience, along with English communication skills, microbiological instrumentation knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.
