Description
The Microbiologist independently performs microbiological testing and monitoring, including sample collection, bioburden, endotoxin, plating, enumeration, staining, isolation, and identification assays. The role also manages media and reagents, laboratory equipment and supplies, laboratory readiness, data analysis, investigations, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and routine trending. A bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, or a closely related field and at least two years of microbiology laboratory experience are required.
