Fusion Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Microbiologist to provide technical leadership in environmental monitoring, contamination control, cleanroom process design, and microbiological control strategies within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role leads environmental monitoring program ownership, EMPQ activities, excursion and contamination investigations, CAPA, bioburden oversight, change controls, and cleanroom qualification, while supporting training and regulatory compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in microbiology or a related field and at least five years of pharmaceutical microbiology experience in a GMP cleanroom environment, with radiopharmaceutical experience preferred. It is an on-site role in Hamilton, Ontario, with less than 5% travel, and offers an annual base salary of CAD 68,086.40 to 89,363.40.
