SGS is hiring a Microbiologist I in North Sioux City, South Dakota, to handle food samples and perform microbiological and related analyses using laboratory equipment and commercial pathogen-detection technologies. The role includes maintaining and verifying equipment, reporting deficiencies, documenting quality activities, and recording nonconformities. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in microbiology or a related field or commercial laboratory experience, English proficiency, basic mathematical and reasoning skills, computer skills, and Microsoft Office 365 experience; LIMS experience is preferred.
