Description
The Microbiologist performs microbiological analyses of food, water, soil, waste, and other samples; prepares and processes samples; operates and maintains laboratory equipment; develops and validates analytical methods; handles audits; and complies with laboratory quality, safety, and hygiene standards. The role requires education in chemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, biology, or a related field, ideally two years of experience, and knowledge of microbiological techniques, laboratory procedures, ISO 17025, and Cofepris processes. The schedule rotates from Monday to Sunday.
