Description
Padagis is hiring a Microbiologist II for its Quality Control team to perform microbiological testing and monitoring of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, water and air systems, and environmental samples. The role includes USP testing, antimicrobial effectiveness studies, data analysis, regulatory documentation, method validation support, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in microbiology or a related scientific field and at least one year of microbiology laboratory experience; pharmaceutical experience, aseptic techniques, and familiarity with USP testing are preferred. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour based on experience and education, with a quarterly bonus incentive plan and employee benefits.
