Description
The Microcomputer Specialist provides on-site and remote IT customer service, installs and repairs microcomputer hardware and software, supports networks, applications, telecommunications, and fuel-distribution systems, maintains asset inventory, and trains users across Pace divisions, the paratransit office, Headquarters, and remote contractor locations. The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years of Windows local-area-network experience, and a valid driver’s license; a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience are preferred. It is an office-based position with local travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and 24/7 on-call availability, with a hybrid schedule available after a six-month introduction period. The E3 full salary range is $56,523 to $123,507, with an anticipated starting salary of $73,269 to $90,015.
