Description
Sonus Microsystems and the AdaMist research group at UBC are seeking a postdoctoral or graduate-level researcher to develop polymer-based capacitive micromachined ultrasound transducers. The role involves cleanroom microfabrication, device prototyping and assembly, electrical and acoustic characterization, experimental validation, and research documentation. It is based at UBC and SFU cleanroom facilities and Sonus R&D labs, requires a PhD in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related field, and does not offer immigration sponsorship.
