Haemonetics is hiring a permanent, on-site Microfabrication Engineer (MEMS) to lead microfabrication process development, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and technical governance for its Quebec medical-device manufacturing site. The role supervises a microfabrication technician, coordinates new-product introduction and production changes, and works with Production, R&D, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and suppliers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of microfabrication or MEMS experience, cleanroom or foundry experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and French and English proficiency.
