Description
The Microfabrication Technician will support the development and fabrication of next-generation neural interface devices in San Diego. The onsite, full-time role involves fabricating polymer films, coatings, and microfabricated components; performing microscope-based precision assembly; operating laser and other advanced fabrication equipment; developing fixtures and assembly aids; troubleshooting fabrication issues; and maintaining laboratory records. Candidates should have an associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field, strong manual dexterity, and experience with microfabrication, coating, assembly, soldering, or similar processes.
