Description
The role manages a microfinance team and business partners, monitors performance and target achievement, conducts market reviews, oversees business SOPs, manages branch portfolios, and resolves internal team conflicts. It requires at least a diploma, minimum two years of team leadership experience, experience leading 5–10 team members, and at least two years of microfinance manager experience, preferably in a Grameen-system financial institution. The position is based in Candiroto and offers a take-home pay of 4,550,000 plus motor service allowance, housing, health and vehicle insurance, social assistance, counseling, and other benefits.
