Intersect is hiring a Microgrid Validation Lead to develop and scale validation strategies, hardware-in-the-loop testing environments, simulation frameworks, automated workflows, and verification standards for microgrid control systems. The role partners with controls, power systems, utility, and external engineering teams; analyzes field data; mentors junior engineers; and supports safe, reliable deployment of complex microgrid systems. Candidates need an M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering field, 3–7+ years of HIL validation or power-system verification experience, and familiarity with real-time simulators, power-system modeling, embedded programming, and software development practices. The position offers total compensation of $188,500–$205,400 in USD, equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and work locations within 60 miles of the listed hubs.
