Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of optoelectronic device reliability experience, three years of reliability and qualification testing experience, and two years of database and programming experience. The position offers $159,000–$230,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
