Dott is hiring a Micromobility Operations Manager to own operational KPIs, fleet availability, revenue generation, regional P&L, strategic fleet positioning, stakeholder communication, and team management for a micromobility region. The role requires at least one year of experience managing a non-hour contract manager overseeing 10 or more employees, strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and business skills, and fluency in English and French. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three office days and two home days, along with flexible hours and other benefits.
