Eon is hiring a Microscopy Technician to operate and maintain high-throughput microscopy equipment for acquiring 3D image volumes of expanded neural tissue. The role involves microscope setup, alignment, calibration, specimen handling, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and pipeline organization, working closely with the microscopy lead. Candidates need a local Bay Area on-site BS or MS, at least two years of hands-on microscope experience, and familiarity with fluorescence microscopy, image acquisition software, and custom optical setups. The position offers a $90,000–$125,000 base salary plus equity and benefits.
