Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience developing embedded software and firmware for hardware-based products, devices, or systems.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ with experience developing and debugging production firmware.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining embedded Linux systems.
Experience using the Yocto Project to create, customize, and maintain embedded Linux distributions.
Proven experience working with embedded systems, including hardware/software integration, device drivers, peripheral interfaces, and low-level system troubleshooting.
Experience developing firmware for connected devices, IoT products, networking equipment, consumer electronics, test and measurement devices, or similar hardware platforms.
Experience utilizing source control, automated build processes, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Demonstrated ability to analyze system performance, diagnose complex technical issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
Experience collaborating across hardware, software, quality assurance, product, and cloud engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Ability to mentor engineers, promote development best practices, and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
