Heimathafen is hiring a Microsoft 365 Consultant focused on Modern Work and digitalization. The role advises clients on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, the Power Platform, and Copilot; analyzes business processes; designs and implements digital solutions; conducts workshops and training; develops technical concepts; supports presales and proposals; and manages smaller projects. Candidates need a degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field, 2–4 years of Microsoft 365 consulting experience, relevant platform knowledge, process-analysis skills, client-facing consulting experience, strong German and English skills, and the ability to work from home with flexible working hours.
