ECKD is hiring a full-time Microsoft 365 Consultant / Engineer to support customers with the planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing operation of Microsoft 365 environments. The role covers projects and technical operations, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, cloud and hybrid solutions, requirement analysis, solution design, ticket handling, documentation, and customer collaboration. Candidates should have IT training or a degree in informatics, Microsoft 365 experience, initial implementation or hybrid-scenario experience, cloud and security knowledge, and strong communication skills; ITIL knowledge is desirable.
