ITEBO is hiring a Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/f/d) – Modern Workplace & Cloud for a permanent, full-time position in Osnabrück. The role implements, administers, designs, and operates Microsoft 365 technologies and hybrid environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, and on-premise infrastructure. Responsibilities also include workflow automation with PowerShell, PowerApps, and Power Automate, security planning, and assessment of hybrid client management and application environments. The position requires experience with M365 identities and security, hybrid mail architecture, on-premise-to-cloud migration, and on-premise architecture operation, along with customer consulting, governance, communication, and a willingness to learn.
