Skaylink is hiring a Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption Consultant to help customers introduce and sustain AI-supported collaboration. The role covers designing inspiration and business-value workshops, identifying and prioritizing use cases, developing adoption and training strategies, building champion communities, defining success metrics, and advising on secure and value-creating AI use. Candidates should have experience in adoption, change management, organizational development, learning, or communications; strong Microsoft 365 and Copilot knowledge; workshop and training facilitation skills; communication in German and English; and relevant Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them.
