Description
The Relevance Group is hiring a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Engineer to manage, optimize, and develop the group’s Microsoft 365 environment. The role covers Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, device lifecycle and endpoint management, user onboarding and offboarding, security settings, migrations, integrations, process standardization, automation, and support. The position is based primarily at the Nieuwegein IT location, with regular collaboration in Eindhoven, Hamburg, and other group companies, and offers flexible hybrid work. Candidates need an MBO level 4 or HBO work-and-thinking level, Microsoft 365 administration experience, knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and Exchange Online, and approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience; the role offers a growth path toward Azure, security, or platform engineering.
