Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft is hiring a Microsoft 365 Power Platform & Copilot Solution Architect to develop and manage the organization’s Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Entra ID, Azure Cloud, and private-cloud environments. The role covers architecture and security, change management, licensing and cost optimization, connector and IAM administration, backup and restore, documentation, user adoption, and coordination with Microsoft and internal stakeholders. It is based in Bonn or Munich, offers remote work, and requires a relevant academic degree, extensive Microsoft 365 and cloud experience, strong German and English skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
