UBDS Group is hiring an experienced Microsoft 365 Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a Microsoft 365 project portfolio, initially focusing on large-scale SharePoint Online migrations from Classic to Modern experiences. The role coordinates technical, business change, adoption, supplier and service-provider workstreams, managing plans, risks, governance, testing, cutover, content remediation and post-migration support for complex organisations. The position requires at least five years of Microsoft 365 project or programme delivery experience, substantial SharePoint migration expertise, strong stakeholder and project leadership skills, and a relevant project management certification.
