The role handles escalated incidents, service updates, documentation, monitoring, capacity analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work arrangement centered in Seattle and an after-hours support rotation. Candidates need proven Microsoft 365 administration experience, PowerShell scripting, complex troubleshooting, and cloud-service lifecycle management; certifications, identity and access management, governance, eDiscovery, and enterprise experience are desired.
