Description
The Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer supports more than 250 users through first- and second-level support, manages Microsoft 365, Entra ID Conditional Access, Intune, Teams telephony, endpoint rollouts, license migrations, and IT documentation. The role requires technical IT training or equivalent practical experience, extensive Microsoft 365 and IT operations experience, second-level support experience, ITSM knowledge, basic PowerShell, German and English communication skills, and a class B driver’s license. It offers hybrid working and flexible hours.
