The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance software components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices. The role focuses on AI-powered enterprise solution design and delivery, including Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, application support, troubleshooting, system monitoring, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture expertise, at least five years of experience, and 15 years of full-time education.
