Description
The Microsoft cloud support coordinator serves as the primary contact for clients using Microsoft 365 and Azure, handling and routing tickets, meeting service level agreements, communicating with clients and internal teams, and managing support agreements. The role involves resolving Microsoft 365 and Azure issues, escalating complex tickets, maintaining ticketing and SLA records, providing feedback on support processes, and staying current with Microsoft cloud features. It is an overnight position requiring availability from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. EST four days per week, with at least three years of technology user support and basic troubleshooting experience, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure, and knowledge of cloud computing, best practices, and security standards.
