The role covers database performance and capacity management, backup and recovery, ETL and data transformation, Business Intelligence platforms including SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI, incident and change management, security governance, and cross-functional collaboration. A bachelor's degree and proven enterprise Microsoft Database Administrator experience are required, with large-scale, regulated, international, and ITIL-related experience preferred.
