Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
Experience in leading and delivering small, medium and large-scale projects across a range of industries.
Strong expertise in functional solution architecture, analysis, design, configuration and end-to-end delivery within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Proven leadership in delivering successful projects and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to identify and shape practical AI and Copilot use cases within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, embedding them into solution design where they deliver measurable value. Experience is ideal, but a strong interest and active development in this area is equally welcome.
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance productivity in analysis, documentation, and solution design.
Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and written English, with the ability to present confidently and facilitate effective workshops.
Ability to lead and guide stakeholders through business problem analysis and translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
