The role involves independent troubleshooting, customer-oriented work, and collaboration with a team, performed 100% remotely from the Westfalen-Niederrhein system house. Candidates should have completed IT specialist training or a relevant degree, several years of experience with complex Microsoft infrastructures, and strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
