Description
The Microsoft Operations Manager oversees the daily operation, stability, and support of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises Active Directory environments. The role manages the Microsoft Analyst team and IT Tech Supervisor, administers user and device lifecycles, monitors platform health, coordinates with security and infrastructure leadership, maintains operational documentation and audit readiness, and uses PowerShell to support administrative tasks. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of management experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises Active Directory are required.
