Description
The Microsoft Solutions Engineer is a full-time, exempt technical leader in Service Delivery responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions involving Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and related enterprise platforms. The role leads solution architecture, discovery, scoping, implementation planning, resource estimation, performance analysis, and technical presentations; collaborates with sales, engineering, vCIOs, and clients; and mentors junior staff. It requires 5–7 years of IT architecture, consulting, or engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Microsoft cloud, identity, integration, and systems expertise.
