Sopra Steria Polska is hiring an experienced Microsoft SQL Server Administrator (Infrastructure Administrator) to support a French client. The role administers Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server environments, performs patching, upgrades, security, backup and restore, infrastructure migration, automation with Ansible, monitoring, incident resolution, access management, documentation, and project activities. The position is based in the Silesian area with commuting to the office in Katowice required, and requires hands-on infrastructure experience, SQL Server 2016 knowledge, Ansible, patch management, backup and restore, migration, monitoring, 2nd-line support, English B2, and strong communication skills.
