The role is responsible for maintaining uninterrupted database operations, performing third-level troubleshooting, planning and implementing Microsoft SQL Server solutions, optimizing database performance, advising customers, and participating in on-call service. It requires IT technical training, Windows Server management experience, extensive Microsoft SQL database experience, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and German and English communication skills.
