Hamburger Energienetze is hiring a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator to operate and improve the company’s database platform, optimize performance, maintain high-availability and backup systems, monitor databases, resolve complex incidents, and participate in on-call IT infrastructure support. The role also includes leading infrastructure projects, creating technical documentation, and sharing knowledge with colleagues. Candidates need a STEM degree or comparable qualification, at least three years of Microsoft SQL Server administration experience, and knowledge of Always On, backups, monitoring, data networks, server operating systems, PowerShell, and Linux.
