AIS is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to support a Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration deployment project for a federal customer in Groton, Connecticut. The role plans, configures, deploys, and validates Teams Rooms on Windows, coordinates AV and site readiness, implements Entra ID, Intune, certificates, 802.1X, VLAN, FQDN, and firewall requirements, and leads pilots, cutovers, acceptance, troubleshooting, standards, and vendor coordination. The position requires at least four years of experience in Teams, endpoint, unified communications, or AV deployment engineering, along with hands-on Teams Rooms deployment and troubleshooting experience. The targeted base salary is $117,000-$177,000 per year.
