The role manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, client relationships, escalations, and cross-functional consulting teams, while translating business goals into Microsoft-based solutions and supporting proposal and account-growth activities. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years leading enterprise technology delivery programs, strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder-management skills, Microsoft technology expertise, U.S. citizenship, hybrid work availability, and travel of up to 25%.
