Description
MCA is hiring an experienced Microwave Technician in the Mooresville, North Carolina area to support its Data division. The role involves preparing, adjusting, and calibrating test equipment; analyzing and recording test results; performing RF measurements such as gain transfer, frequency response, noise figure, modulation, and return loss; and maintaining relationships with employees, contractors, and customers. The position requires 1–2 years of microwave radio system repair and installation experience, hands-on OEM experience, strong electronics troubleshooting and failure-analysis skills, microwave radio certification or the ability to pass certification testing within 90 days, and the ability to work flexible shifts, travel as needed, and work in varied outdoor conditions.
