HDR is hiring a Mid-Atlantic Traffic Engineering Lead to manage the daily operations and growth of a traffic engineering production section. The role combines technical and programmatic leadership, project and contract management, client engagement, marketing and proposal support, quality control, staff development, mentorship, and delivery of traffic engineering plans for signals, maintenance of traffic, signing, and markings. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of traffic engineering experience, and professional registration or licensure, preferably in Virginia, Washington, D.C., or Maryland.
