HDR is hiring a Mid-Atlantic Traffic Engineering Lead to manage and grow a traffic engineering production section across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. The role combines programmatic and technical leadership, project and contract management, client engagement, marketing support, staff development, quality control, and hands-on design and delivery of PS&E plans for traffic signals, maintenance of traffic, and signing and markings. Candidates need at least 10 years of traffic engineering experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, professional registration or licensure as applicable, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with traffic engineering and design software.
