AUTO1 Group is hiring a Mid Controlling Manager & Data Analyst to support controlling activities for vehicle maintenance and repair operations in the German market. The role combines financial and operational data analysis with cost monitoring, invoice validation, budget tracking, reporting, and process improvement, using spreadsheets, ERP systems, AI tools, and other data analysis tools. It is based at the company headquarters in Tirana, offers 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and requires a relevant degree, several years of experience in a controlling, finance, accounting, data analytics, or business intelligence role, strong analytical and Excel skills, and English proficiency.
