Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children and adolescents with autism, developmental disabilities, and other delays. The role includes designing and implementing treatment plans, training and supervising Behavior Interventionists, conducting assessments, analyzing data, supporting families, and managing service schedules. It is a travel-based position with in-home and telehealth components, available in Alameda, Fremont, and Newark, and pays $28–$32 per hour. Applicants need at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, U.S. work eligibility, and the ability to pass required clearances and obtain physical and TB tests.
