CCBS, a clinician-owned ABA agency in Northern California, is seeking a Mid-Level ABA Therapy Program Manager. This role is ideal for master's students and recent graduates pursuing BCBA certification, offering significant clinical responsibilities and supervised fieldwork opportunities. Responsibilities include caregiver training, treatment planning, preference assessments, reporting, supervising staff, and collaborating with BCBAs across various settings. The position requires a current master's student or recent graduate in ABA or a related field, or a bachelor's degree holder with two years of RBT experience. Applicants must possess a valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, a cleared TB test, up-to-date immunizations, and complete CA LiveScan and background checks.
