Mid-Level Business Development Representative at Learned

Learned is hiring a Mid-Level Business Development Representative to generate and follow up on leads, convert them into appointments, set up sales campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone, qualify leads, and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives. The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in software, a commercially related HBO degree, strong Dutch and English communication skills, and availability to work in the Utrecht area. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€4,500, uncapped 25% OTE, a hybrid schedule with four office days and one remote day, and additional benefits.
