Description
The Cement Plant Control Operator will operate cement-grinding and raw-material-grinding control panels, monitor equipment parameters, intervene when necessary, operate the pre-homogenization system, guide assistants and production operators, communicate raw-material quality changes to mining operations, and prioritize production and maintenance activities. The role requires technical education in Chemistry or Production, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of the cement manufacturing process, graphical analysis, and calcination technology; clinker kiln and fuel grinding knowledge is desirable.
