Construtora Tenda is hiring a Compensation Analyst in the People and Management area to calculate variable compensation, analyze compensation data and incentive programs, prepare management reports and dashboards, support compensation policy and incentive projects, and improve compensation processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, compensation or variable-compensation experience, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with work from home two times per week, flexible hours, and health, dental, life insurance, and other employee benefits.
