Construtora Tenda is hiring a Mid-Level Construction Permitting Analyst to manage and monitor the permitting, regularization, inspections, approvals, licenses, and documentation required to hand over construction developments to customers. The role coordinates with construction sites, internal departments, public agencies, utility companies, and suppliers; plans project schedules; escalates risks; and negotiates technical studies. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, hybrid work availability, AutoCAD and Office Suite knowledge, urban planning or environmental legislation knowledge, and experience with permitting or public-agency liaison are required.
